Returns Policy |

We trust you will be pleased with our service. However, if for any reason an item is received that is damaged or faulty, if you return it to us within fourteen days, we will be happy to exchange or refund. With the exception of CD-ROMs, DVDs and Videos that have been opened, goods that have been found unsuitable or ordered in error will be accepted for exchange for another item, credit, or refund if they are returned within seven days of receipt. They MUST be in mint condition, either in their original packaging or packed carefully by the sender.
Although all of our items are inspected before shipping, they still come with a guarantee commencing from the date of receipt of goods. Unless the law states otherwise, you have the right to cancel your order without stating a reason for doing so. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You may, however, have to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us (subject to the Sale of Goods Act, 1979). Should the goods be faulty, you have the same time frame in which to return the goods, and we will refund all shipping costs incurred. Please send any items along with your contact details to:

To cancel an order, please call our Help Line on 01594 833858, and our staff will be pleased to help. Alternatively, send us an email. Phone lines are open 9:00-5:00 GMT Mon - Fri. Please quote your invoice number, name, address, postcode and telephone number on all correspondence relating to returns. Please also advise us as to the reason for return and whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or credit. It is advisable to obtain a free proof of postage certificate at the Post Office when sending goods back to us. |
