Assessing Deaf People For Employment and Rehabilitation

The project for which this is the report raised many issues about deaf people being under-employed and often pushed towards poorer jobs with fewer responsibilities. It identified that better access to assessment and training was required and went a step along the way to making this possible by the production of a signed video with subtitles and voice-over and a manual for instructors.
